I operate in Yapton, serving Littlehampton, Arundel, Chichester, and Worthing. My therapy room caters to clients across Sussex, and I offer remote sessions nationwide online.

My Hypnotherapy merges therapy with positive suggestion through hypnosis. In this state, your conscious mind rests while your receptive subconscious mind receives suggestions for change.
I blend hypnotherapy, coaching, and mindfulness to tailor the perfect support for you. Your uniqueness drives me to craft a focused treatment/coaching plan matching your needs.
THE TECHNIQUES I USE
Hypnotherapy combines therapy and hypnosis and uses the power of positive suggestion. During hypnosis your conscious mind, where your mind is busy with day to day life, is at rest and calm, while your subconscious mind is open and receptive to suggestions. Modern psychology describes hypnosis as a ‘state of increased suggestibility’. This increased suggestibility is able to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Oh and it’s a really enjoyable experience, my clients love the feeling of hypnosis and I teach them how to use self-hypnosis so they can continue benefitting long after our sessions have finished.
OVERVIEW OF MY SERVICES
We’ll work together really collaboratively to understand what your issue or problem is and map out a working model of how the issue or problem works. Then supporting you to become aware of the thoughts and feelings that influence your behaviour and the behavioural patterns that reinforce the negative thinking. As you will discover it is a cycle that, once understood, can be broken and redirected. I am also an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist providing therapeutic support to the charity’s members and partner beneficiaries. I am subject to Anxiety UK’s regular monitoring of my professional qualifications, supervision, continual professional development, insurance and professional body membership in addition to complying with the ethical framework and professional standards set down by my registered governing body.
